Refund and Returns Policy

At Par Glass NI, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and refund process.
1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
4. Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
